PURPOSE:To easily perform a unitary management for a system, by providing an information collecting station in a loop network system. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is formed so that stations (ST) are connected to a loop-shaped transmission path 1, and data sent out from a station is returned to a transmission original ST passing through respective station in arrow head direction. When a transmission frame is sent out from a transmission station (S-ST), and it is received by a reception station R-ST, the transmission station S-ST checks whether a reception is received correctly or not by the reception station R-ST, and when is not received correctly, a field F(80)16 in the transmission frame is sent again. And all of the transmission frames of the fields F(80)16 are collected by an information collecting station (M-ST) as defective telegrams. In this way, even when some fault is generated on the transmission path, and the transmission frame is designated as the defective telegram, a centralized collection for bits of information can be performed automatically.
