PURPOSE:To prevent a bladder from coming into contact with a guide tube by pressure-feeding high pressure oil to an accumulator of one of two bladders in both of which initial seal liquid is filled in advance and injecting the initial seal liquid of the said bladder via a pressure equalizer pipe into the other bladder so that the latter bladder is balooned. CONSTITUTION:In both of bladders 81 and 91 is injected in advance via a nozzle 14 initial seal liquid such as oil by half an amount equivalent to or slightly greater than a bladder. During operation of a turbo-compressor 10, which high pressure oil is supplied by operating an oil pump 30 via a filter 34 and a check valve 20 to a shaft seal part 4, the oil is also pressure-fed to a bladder type accumulator 8. The initial seal liquid compressed in the bladder 81 by the inflow of the high pressure oil flows via a pressure equalizer pipe 13 into the bladder 91 and acts to baloon the bladder 91, preventing it from coming into contact with a guide tube 57. On the other hand, while the bladder 81 is compressed, it does not come into heavy contact with the guide tube 57 due to action of the initial seal liquid remaining to some extent, also preventing the bladder 81 from being damaged.
