PURPOSE:To improve lubricating performance by providing a seal mechanism on one side of a bearing bush, providing a lubricating oil discharging system on the other side, and guiding the lubricating oil flowing from a bearing metal to the seal mechanism from a guide path provided on the bearing bush to the lubricating oil discharging system. CONSTITUTION:The high-pressure lubricating oil fed to a feed oil passage 18 flows to the outer periphery of a bearing metal 14a of inner shaft bearings 11, 14 through many fed oil holes, and after lubricating the inner shaft bearing 11, flows out in two paths: inner shaft seal devices 8, 5 on one end side of a bearing bush 14c and the other end side. The latter lubricating oil passes a gap between an outer shaft 2 and an inner shaft 1 and flows to the outside of the outer shaft 2 through an oil discharge hole 20. The former lubricating oil lubricates the seal devices 5, 8, then passes an oil discharge groove 14b provided on the bearing bush 14c and is guided to the other end side of the bearing bush 14c, and it is discharge to the outside of the outer shaft 2 through the oil discharge hole 20 together with the latter. Accordingly, high-pressure lubricating oil can be reliably discharged through the gap between the outer shaft and the inner shaft, thus the seizure is prevented.
