PURPOSE:To reduce the number of capacitors and to make easy the circuit integration, by controlling the charge of charge split capacitor according to the weight coefficient for the switch circuit transferred to an integration capacitor. CONSTITUTION:An input signal Vin is applied to a sampling capacitor C1 through a switch Q1 with pulses phis every sampling period Ts. The charge of the C1 is split to a charge split capacitor C2 via a switch Q2 with a pulse phi1 in period Ts/n. A weight coefficient circuit WT outputs the weight coefficient in n-bit set in binary number, and when an output pulse phiD is at ''1'', the charge in the capacitor C2 is transferred to a capacitor CB and when a pulse phi'D is at ''1'', the charge of the C2 is discharged to ground, then the charge of the C1 is transferred to the integration capacitor CB within the period Ts corresponding to the weight coefficient. |
