PURPOSE:To remarkably decrease a labor by searching for automatically a starter service, determining a channel to start a test object service by the shortest channel and obtaining a series of the linked service. CONSTITUTION:For a test object service 11, a dial tone (DT) is supplied to a terminal (A) by a [TONE(A, DT)] and a passage (TALK) with the terminal (A) and a terminal (B) is executed by a [TALK(A, B)]. For a starter service 2, a terminal (A') is in an idle condition by [IDLE(A')], the terminal (A') releases a hook by the processing which is an [OFF HOOK(A')], the presence and absence of a block condition are checked by a (BL), and the dial tone (DT) is supplied to the terminal (A') by a [TONE(A', DT)]. A linked service 3 unifies the [TONE(A, DT)] in the service 1 and the [TONE(A', DT)] in the service 2.
