PURPOSE:To improve the general operating system for a controller by giving general program development environments and execution environments to the operating system only for control. CONSTITUTION:Execution environments of a master process 2 are referred by a slave process 3 for the purpose of equalizing interface conditions between master and slave processes 2 and 3 and a disk operating system DOS 1. An idle memory area where the process 3 should be loaded is reserved. Only a part of interrupt vectors for interrupt which should be controlled by the operating system only for control is rewritten. For the purpose of controlling unitarily control information of use conditions of devices which can be transmitted to only lower processes, the control block which is under the control of the DOS 1 is brought under the control of the operating system only for control.
