PURPOSE:To make operation and structure simple and to make the structure safe and inexpensive by constituting such that a leg end provided under a tail part of a main body is made to rise up by the turn of the leg to change blowing direction and that swing angle is variable by the turn of a ring centered on the leg end. CONSTITUTION:While a roller 8 is rotatably engaged with a leg 11, the leg 11 is swingably engaged with a bearing 12 formed at a tail part 5. To perform swing adjustment, the leg 11 is swung about the bearing 12 and stabilized in a position shown with dotted lines in the figure. Namely, distance between ground contact points of the roller 8 and a ring 4 against the ground 9 becomes S as shown in the figure. Since the turn of the ring 4 is constant, when the swing radius becomes smaller, blowing range is increased. Also, since the tail part 5 is raised by the leg 11, blowing angle against the floor 9 is adjusted to be small. When performing swing adjustment, the leg 11 is turned to the position shown with dotted lines as far as it is stopped with a stopper 14 formed at the tail part 5 and stabilized. Thus, the swing adjustment mechanism which is simple in operation and structure and safe can be obtained.
