PURPOSE:To shade the light so easily at need as well as to improve safety for driving, by advancing or retreating a shading plate member to or from a shading position by rotation of an electric motor via a pair of arm members being connected in an X-shaped form. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 is energized with a continuous rating current at an auto mode or a manual mode, and when it is rotated clockwise, a worm wheel 7 is rotated by a worm 6. If so, an arm 8 locked to this worm wheel 7 with screws 7a and 7b is rocked, and a pin 10 at the other end of thin arm 8 is shifted inward along a long hole 9a of a stay 9 whereby a shading plate 2 is extruded frontward along a guide 3 via a roller stay 4, thus it comes to shade the light incident into eyes of a driver in consequence. And, at this time, another arm 11 pivotally attached to an intermediate part of the arm 8 by a pin 14 is also rocked so that the stay 9 is stably extruded frontward.
