PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of performance of displacement and yielding force, by forming two sets of facing electrodes, which independently displace both ends of elements in the longitudinal direction, in point or line symmetry, and providing a through hole for turning an actuator with a fixing part as a center, in the thickness direction of a bimorph element. CONSTITUTION:Silver 17 is metallized on an upper surface and a back surface of a piezoelectric ceramic plate 14. The two piezoelectric ceramic plates 14 are bonded to a brass plate 15 having equal width and length. Supporting plates 11 are attached to the center in the longitudinal direction. Thus a piezoelectric bimorph actuator 20, whose center is fixed, is obtained. A hole 13 is provided at the center of the supporting plates 11 so that a rotary center shaft can be attached. The silver electrodes 17 are divided into two parts. Both ends of the elements 10 can be displaced, with the supporting plates 11 as fixing ends.
