PURPOSE:To aim at miniaturizing a carrier vehicle and at facilitating the loading and unloading of heavy cargoes by providing heavy weight holding parts around a vehicle incorporating a heavy cargo loading and unloading means so that a plurality of heavy weight cargoes are held around the vehicle without using a towed vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A cargo loading and unloading device 2 installed on the rear section of a vehicle 1, is composed of a support column 21, a parallel link mechanism 22, an arm section 23, a cargo holding means 24 and the like. In the above-mentioned vehicle, lateral hold parts 3 for holding heavy cargoes W such as tires or the like and a rear hold part 4 are provided on both sides of the vehicle and at the rear end of the same, respectively. Each lateral hold part 3 is in a frame-like shape composed of a pair of foldable holding rods 31 and a bar 32 connecting between the rods 32, and a fall preventing part 33 is provided above the frame. Further, the rear hold part 4 on which a heavy weight cargo W is loaded or in which a loading and unloading device 2 is stored when no cargo is loaded. With this arrangement in which heavy weight cargoes W may be loaded around the vehicle, it is possible to miniaturize the carrier vehicle.
