Process for the electronic protection of an electrical motor and device for carrying it out. |
摘要 |

The present invention relates generally to a method for protecting an electric motor against overheating. The process consists in: - initially programming a value of nominal operating current (IN) for the motor; - storing the value of the nominal current (IN); - initially programming a shaft height value (H) representing the thermal time constant (O) for the motor; - storing the shaft height (H); - then, measuring the value of the effective current (I1EFF; I2EFF; I3EFF) to at least one phase of the motor; - calculating, as a function of the value of the nominal current (IN), of the shaft height (H) and of the measured value of the effective current (I1EFF; I2EFF; I3EFF), a value (Y) representing the heating of the motor; - comparing the calculated value (Y) of the heating of the motor with an initially programmed heating value (YTH); - producing a control signal for stopping the motor when the calculated value (Y) of the heating is greater than the programmed heating value (YTH). The invention finds application in particular for any type of industrial motor used in the transport, aeronautical or marine industry.

|
