PURPOSE:To make the quick printing process of business data possible by reducing the erroneous operation of keyboard and the operation time, by a method wherein recording data are optically read-in at the time of inserting a slip into a slip and passbook printer to be processed and the printed telegraphic message from a center system is printed in discharge process operation. CONSTITUTION:The slip recording business data are inserted into a slip and passbook printer 7 and the slip is sucked into its inside by the operation of a conveyance process part 75. The business data are successively read with an image scanner 781 and the read data are processed to the binary data of black and white with a binary processing part 782 and read into an image memory 783. Specific character data are recognized with a character recognition part 784 from the image data read in the image memory 783. Then, said character data are transmitted to a center system 1 via a control part 4 and a terminal controller 2. The printed telegraphic message transmitted from the center system 1 accordance with the sent character data is temporarily stored in a memory 73 and the printed telegraphic message stored in the memory 73 with the print processing part 74 is successively printed at the discharge operation of the slip. |
