PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of dorp-out at a saving or loading time by controlling the read and the write of a fixed storage means and information processing of this means through a control fixed storage means. CONSTITUTION:A clock circuit 3 and a counter 4 are controlled by an ROM2 as the control fixed storage means, and a fixed storage means 1 of an ROM or an RAM is accessed by the address outputted from the circuit 3. Reproduced information read out from the means 1 is processed in a synchronizing signal adding device 6, a modulator 7, a buffer and waveform shaping circuit 8, which are controlled by the ROM2, through a parallel-serial converting circuit 5 and is supplied to a microcomputer or the like through a reproducing head 9. Information is recorded similarly; in such a way, drop-out is not generated at a saving or loading time because a magnetic tape, an optical disc, or the like are not used. |
