PURPOSE:To increase the number of turns and to improve the torque and the characteristics of rpm without changing the cross sectional area of the raw coil wire, by using raw coil wire whose cross sectional area is flat and rectangular, winding the wire in a cylindrical shape so that the wide side thereof is arranged in the radial direction, and forming the coil. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical coil 12 is formed by winding the raw coil wire 12a whose cross sectional area is flat and rectangular in a cylindrical shape. In winding the raw coil wire 12a, the side (w) is arranged in the radial direction and then narrow side (b) is aligned with the circumferential direction. In comparision with the case the raw wire with a round cross section is used, this method can provide more number of turns with the same cross sectional area, the torque can be increased, and the rpm characteristics can be enhanced. |
