PURPOSE:To obtain a sanitary appliance simple to handle, enabling to sample urine in an urination state, by providing a volume variable urine accumulation part to the outlet of an urine collecting part formed into a funnel shape and providing a back flow preventing part freely openable and closable in the urine collecting part, the urine accumulation part or the connection part of both parts. CONSTITUTION:A volume variable urine accumulation part 2 is mounted to the outlet of the urine collecting part formed into a funnel shape of an urine sampling appliance. A back flow preventing part 3 freely openable and closable is mounted in either one of the connection parts of the urine collecting part and the urine accumulation part 2 and, further, a take-out part 5 is formed at a required position from the bottom part of the urine accumulation part 2 and urine accumulated in the bottom part 4 is discharged out of the appliance by a pipe 6. The sampling of urine in an urination state is enabled by the action of the back flow preventing part 3 and the appliance is made sample to handle and sanitary.
