发明名称 STOP CONTROL FOR LOADER
摘要 PURPOSE:To avoid necessity of a position sensor at every storage to obtain cost reduction by providing a position sensor on a moving member and a plurality of detected elements disposed on a stationary guide 1 at respective predetermined stop positions, counting detection signals each generated by the position sensor at every detection of the detected element, and stopping the moving member under control when the count reaches a set value. CONSTITUTION:A loader is provided on a moving member 10 with a position sensor 13 and on a stationary guide 1 with a plurality of detected elements 14a-14g, 15a-15g disposed at respective predetermined stop positions. Detection signals each generated by the position sensor 13 at every detection of one of the detected elements 14a-14g, 15a-15g are counted, and when the count reaches a predetermined value, the loader moving member 10 is stopped under control. This avoids necessity of providing a position sensor 13 such as a limit switch at every storage A-D, permitting drastic reduction of the required number of sensors, reduction of wiring and cost reduction.
