PURPOSE:To change a rapture disk in a short time, by sealing an interval between a rupture disk housing box housing the rupture disk at the time of drawing a valve body part out and a tubular member. CONSTITUTION:In an ordinary service state, a valve body part 26 is seated in valve seat parts 22a and 22b so as to partition off a tubular member 20. Both sides inside the tubular member 20 are partitioned off by a rupture disk 28 to be built in the valve body part, whereby fluid pressure at the system side is kept up. When this system side pressure exceeds the preset critical pressure, the rupture disk 28 is raptured, thus pressure release takes place. When the broken rupture disk 28 is replaced with a new one, an interval between the valve body, the inner part of the tubular member 20 and a rupture disk housing box 24 is separated away. Next, a blind cover 38 is removed and the rupture disk 28 is changed with the new one.
