PURPOSE:To obtain the titled disk having no defect such as coloring and an air bubble by composing the titled disk of the composition comprising an epoxy resin, an org. metal compd. and a silicon compd. having a group capable of hydrolysis. CONSTITUTION:The titled disk is composed of the composition comprising the epoxy resin, the org. metal compd. and the silicon compd. having the group capable of the hydrolysis. The titled disk having a platy shape is prepared by thermally polymerizing an epoxy resin having a low viscosity in the presence of the org. metal compd. and the silicone compd. capable of forming a hydroxy group with the hydrolysis to thermally polymerize an oxirane ring. Especially, the used org. metal compd. is preferably the compd. in which an alkoxy group, etc., binds to an metallic atom such as Al, etc. The used org. silicon compd. capable of hydrolysis is exemplified with an organosilane compd. and an organosiloxane compd. |
