PURPOSE:To make it possible to exhibit a high-cut function, by using a pressure chamber as a secondary order lag system chamber, and by making the rate of difference between the internal pressures of the pressure chamber and an oil chamber in a cylinder larger. CONSTITUTION:A pressure chamber 42b generating the internal pressure which lowers a push valve 43, is formed in a so-called secondary lag system pressure chamber as a whole. Accordingly, when the frequency of vibration in an oil chamber in a cylinder exceeds a set range, a predetermined internal pressure is effected at once. That is, no downward pressing force of a push valve 43 is effected to the inner peripheral end. Accordingly, when the frequency of vibration exceeds a predetermined range, the deflecting characteristic of a relief valve is returned into its initial stage, and the generated damping force is restrained to a small value, thereby it is possible to obtain a precisely high-cut function. |
