PURPOSE:To improve the drawing control efficiency by controlling collectively various different output drawing data of a CAD system, etc. CONSTITUTION:A drawing control program which is executed by a processor 1 adds one item to a control file 5 for drawing data at the time of each drawing data designated by an input device 2 is stored in a register file 6 of a memory device 4 and also stores the control information by the input designation. Each item 11 of the file 5 includes columns for the data pointer and then system discrimination name. The data pointer column 8 shows the memory address of the corresponding drawing data 16 of the file 6 and the system discrimination name column 9 shows the discrimination name of a drawing processing system 17 of the program that processes the data 16 stored in a processing program file 7 respectively. Thus it is possible to control collectively the drawing data of different constitutions produced by various processing systems by means of the file 5.
