PURPOSE:To attain the access from a dial telephone set by providing additionally a timer means, a signal reception means, a pseudo call signal generating means and a changeover means between an automatic answering telephone system TAD and FAX in a controller connecting TAD and FAX. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic answering telephone system TAD-1 is started with the caller of dial telephone set, a timer 1 is started and when its set timer time, e.g., 30sec elapses, a timer output (pseudo remote control signal) is applied to an OR gate 2, a multivibrator (MV) 3 is excited by the H level signal of a remote control circuit 10 and a pulse for 3sec period is outputted. In counting three pulses, a counter 4 stops the MV 3. The said three pulses switch a relay Y-3 via an activated AND gate 5. A pseudo call signal from a call signal generating section 6 is applied to a FAX-2 via a transfer device ASAP three times attended therewith. On the other hand, since the relay Y-2 is excited by the DC component of the said pseudo call signal, the changeover to the FAX-2 is ensured. The FAX-2 is started to hold the relay Y-2 in the exciting state via a photocoupler PC-2, an inverter 9 and an OR gate 8, the FAX-2 is connected to a telephone line and the TAD-1 is restored.
