PURPOSE:To obtain the titled blend with outstanding electrically conductive performance even with small amount of the filler, good in appearance, and capable of giving formed article of complex shape having excellent mechanical strength, by electrostatically attaching thermoplastic powder around specific electrically conductive fibrous filler. CONSTITUTION:The objective blend made up of (A) electrically conductive fibrous filler with a diameter 4-100mum and aspect ratio 100-20,000 and (B) thermoplastic powder with an average particle size 5-1,000mum so that the component B is electrostatically attached around the component A. The compo nent A, in case of the form of fiber bundle, is preferably split into single fibers in such an amount as to be >=10wt% thereof. The weight ratio of the component A to the component B should be 0.05/99.5-80/20.
