PURPOSE:To shorten the overall length of a valve as far as a portion for that, by housing centering springs in cylinder parts at both ends of spool. CONSTITUTION:A spool (b) is provided with cylinder parts 1 and 1 at both the symmetrical ends, each of which houses spring balancing pistons 2 and 2 and centering springs 6 and 6. respectively. At a time when the spring balancing piston 2 is pressed to the right in integral relationship with a spool driving piston 4, it is done by force of the centering spring 6 along at the right, whereas it comes to the sum total of force by the centering spring 6 and pilot fluid pressure of the spring balancing piston 2 at the left.
