PURPOSE:To compensate a variation in displacement automatically, by installing a branch flow pipe, bypassing a partition plate, in a main flow pipe, and also installing the balance damper set up on the same shaft as the partition plate. CONSTITUTION:A branch flow pipe 5 is installed in such a position as bypassing the partition plate 3 installed in a main flow pipe 1, and both these pipes 1 and 5 are interconnected to opening parts 6 and 7. A balance damper 4 in the branch flow pipe 5 gives turning forces to a shaft 2 by means of air pressure, and it is balanced at some displacement by an adjusting spring 8. Therefore, a variation in the actual displacement can be compensated with the partition plate opened or closed, thus it comes to stable local exhaust at all times.
