PURPOSE:To make a part program composable easily and efficiently, by reading each of data according to machining sequential data, and composing a control statement and each definition statement of a tool, a machining surface, a machining method and motion, in case of drilling. CONSTITUTION:According to machining sequential data of a memory 63, these of service tool data, machining detail data at each tool, machining condition data, cutting condition data and machining zone data are all read out of memories 60 and 63, while each machining motion of standard, specific and round rilling cycles is set up at processing parts 74a-74c, from which operating condition data and shifting position data are set up by setting parts 75 and 76. Next, with the setting value and each of data of programming drawings of memories 63, 3 and 4, a conversion criterion and a machine, a part program is composed by a composing part 77. Thus, introduction of operating conditions and determination of positional information are systematically performed whereby the part program is easily and efficiently composable.
