<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an equipment for manufacturing a heavily corrosion prevented steel sheet pile, which can manufacture the sheet pile efficiently by making an area of an installation position of the device as small as possible, by making the device capable of moving and running a system fixing the steel sheet pile through arrangement, a steel sheet pile heater, a plastic sheet supplier and a plastic sheet presser by mounting those. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet pile heater 13, sheet supplier 14, pressing roller 15 and cooler 16 are mounted on a running apparatus 10, which is in construction capable of moving as a whole along a steel sheet pile in a longitudinal direction of the same. As for coating of a plastic sheet, the coating is performed favorably by a pressing force of pressing rollers 30-35 by a method wherein, to being with, an untreated steel sheet pile 11 is heated, against which the plastic 17 is pressed and the plastic sheet 17 is fused and welded through heat transfer from the untreated steel sheet pile 11. After the plastic sheet 17 has been pressed against the untreated steel sheet pile 11 and coated completely, the whole is cooled positively by the cooler 16.</p> |
