PURPOSE:To provide a composition in good balance of respectively outstanding heat resistance, impact resistance, molding processability, weld strength, chemical resistance, etc., comprising a thermoplastic polyester and each specific styrene resin and maleimide resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 3-80wt% of a thermoplastic polyester, (B) 5-50wt% of a styrene resin prepared by copolymerization between aromatic vinyl compound vinylcyan compound and another vinyl monomer in the presence (absence) of rubbery polymer, (C) 5-80wt% of a maleimide resin prepared by copolymerization between 10-70wt% of maleimide compound and 90-30wt% of aromatic vinyl compound in the presence (absence) of rubbery polymer, and (D) 0-80(if needed, 5-75)wt% of polycarbonate. The component B is such that the vinylcyan compound in the methyl ethyl ketone solubles accounts for 10-40wt%.
