PURPOSE:To automatically adjust a wire tension always in optimum conditions, by having lock release and wire tension adjusting operations twice per one reciprocation of the wire. CONSTITUTION:A rack 10 for forming the first link is continuously provided at one end of a wire 9, and an adjusting spring (compression coil spring 12) is provided for energizing the rack 10 in the pull direction of the wire 9 at least when an operating means such as a pedal is placed between the vicinity of the return position and the return position. And a lock means is provided for temporarily releasing the connection between a connecting member 15 comprising the second link connected to the operating means such as the pedal and the rack 10 when the operating means is returned near the return position. The said lock means is composed of a ratchet train 11, skate-shaped member 19, coil spring 25, arm 30, and stopper 31. |
