摘要 PURPOSE:In a conjugated reaction combining a dehydrogenation reaction using the titled substance with an enzymatic reaction using reductive coenzyme NADH2 as an electron donor, to produce a reaction product efficiently, by subjecting at least one enzyme to covalent bond with NAD. CONSTITUTION:In a conjugated reaction combining a dehydrogenation reaction using formate dehydrogenase with an enzymatic reaction using reductase coenzyme NADH2 as an electron donor, at least one of both the enzymes and NAD is subjected to conjugated bond. Formate dehydrogenase is an enzyme which dehydrogenizes formic acid to evolve a carbonic acid gas, requires oxidative coenzyme NAD as an electron acceptor in the operation and NAD is converted to NADH2 with progress of formic acid CO2. On the other hand, NADH2 demanding enzymatic reaction is a reaction requiring coenzyme NADH2 as an electron donor in order to advance the reaction of the aimed direction and NAD is produced as shown by the formula.
