PURPOSE:To obtain simulation with required accuracy by forming a numerical calculation program for converting a physical phenomenon into a numeral based on partial differential equation expression physical phenomenon and simulatively displaying the physical phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:The program forming device 3 to which information relating to the position of shape of a border of an area to be simulated, shape/division information 1 for specifying how to divide the border and information 2 expressing a partial differential equation and an initial value managing the physical phenomenon or the condition of the border are applied from an operator is constituted of the following three mechanisms. A mesh dividing mechanism 4 forms a node element data 7 from an input 1, an equation discreting mechanism 5 discretes the input 2 by finite element method. A calculation program forming mechanism 6 forms a numerical calculation program 8 for the inputs 1, 2 from the information formed by the mechanism 6. The program is converted in a machine word calculating program 10 by a translating mechanism 9 and a calculating device 11 is controlled to attain simulation.
