<p>PURPOSE:To obtain stable tracking control performance and recording mode discriminating performance by providing a holding control means for setting a sample holding circuit to a holding state, except a reproducing period of a PCM sound signal, at the time of reproducing a multi-channel PCM. CONSTITUTION:As for a control signal outputted from a controlling circuit 17, a signal 5-7 and a signal 6-6 are outputted at the time of after-recording of PCM, and at the time of reproducing a multi-channel PCM, respectively. By this controlling circuit 17, a control signal is obtained, and by sample holding circuit 10, a control signal input becomes H and held. Accordingly, at the time of after-recording of PCM, a recording period of a PCM signal and an erasion period by an FE head become a holding state, and become a holding state in a period for scanning other track than a reproducing channel, at the time of reproducing the multi-channel PCM, and a stable tracking control can be executed. In this way, even at the time of after-recording and the time of multi- channel PCM, a tracking control and a discrimination of a recording mode can be executed stably.</p> |
