PURPOSE:To make mass production, cost reduction, and interchangeability possible by separately arranging recessed and projecting parts which are in contact with an electrode and form gas passages from a separator. CONSTITUTION:Each of gas distributors 7a, 7b formed by stacking a net 8 and a punched metal 9. The net 8 and the punched metal 9 are fit in a hollow part 15 and cutoff parts 16, 17 of distance piece 6a, 6b. The punched metal 9 is stacked with the net 8 so as to come into contact with an oxygen electrode 2 and a fuel electrode 3. Masks 10a, 10b are used to hole the punched metal 9 and the net 8 in the gas distributors 7a, 7b fit in the distance pieces 6a, 6b in a separator 5. Since the air passes through spaces of the net 8, flow distribution is made effective. |
