PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization of a magnetic disk driver by constituting simply where a collet supporter having a contact with a projected part on the rear side of a front panel through the front edge and having a collect attached at another end respectively is actuated over a cassette holder via a plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A cassette holder 3 containing a cassette can move up and down along a guide hole 13 formed on the side face of a chassis 8. A bent projection 14 is formed at the front center on the upper surface side of the holder 3. This projection 14 is put into a slit 20 of a collet supporter 17, and the supporter 17 is actuated with the slit 20 defined as a fulcrum. When no cassette is loaded, a collet 15 attached at the tip of the supporter 17 is held higher than the upper surface of the holder 3 with the slit 20 defined as a fulcrum. While the holder 3 falls when a cassette is loaded. Therefore a proper load is applied to a hub at the center of a magnetic disk from a plate spring 16 via the collet 15. |
