<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the contents stored in a memory device from being erased by providing terminals for applying electric power obtained from a power supply of a computer to the positions corresponding to power supply terminals arranged on a memory card and removing a backup battery. CONSTITUTION:The computer 21 includes an operation part 24 augularly coupled with each other through a hinge 23 and a cover 25 in which a memory card 22 is attachably/detachably stored. The terminals for applying electric power from the power supply of the computer 21 are connected to the positions corresponding to the power supply terminals 29, 30 arranged on the card 22. Thereby, power can be supplied from the power supply of the computer 21 to the card 22. Even is screws of the card 22 are loosened, the back cover is removed and the backup battery 32 is taken out, the memory contents stored in RAMs 37a, 37b are not erased.</p> |
