PURPOSE:To attain the loading/unloading of an IC card without using a complicated mechanism by providing the titled device with a slider to be moved by inserting the IC card, a contact holding plate interlocking with the slider, a cam, and a hook plate. CONSTITUTION:At the time of an IC card 2 is inserted from an IC card insertion port 1a of a body panel 1, the slider 4 is moved, the contact holding plate is rotated around a supporting shaft 8 and the tip part 6a of the holding plate 6 is locked by the lock part 9a of the cam 9. Interlocking with the rotation of the holding plate 6, the hook plate 12 is rotated around a supporting shaft 13 and the hook part 12a of the hook plate 12 locks the other end of the card 2. In accordance with the rotation of the holding plate 6, a contact 14 fixed on the holding plate 6 is conductively contacted with an electrode of the card 2. At the time of a discharge button is depressed to discharge the card 2, the tip part 6a of the holding part 6 is unlocked, the other end of the card 2 held by the hook part 12a is released, and the slider 4 is moved, so that the card 2 is discharged and the contact 14 is separated from the electrode of the card 2.
