PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a device in terms of time by providing a discriminating means for the use state of a main equipment body, a discriminating means for the abnormal/normal state, a transmitting signals for their signals, a display means for reception contents, etc. CONSTITUTION:An operator sets an original 4 and takes a copy on copying paper 15. At this time, a means which detects operation states of respective parts of a copying device, e.g., motor operation sensor 11 detects the operation of a motor 10 and sends a signal to an input/output signal processing circuit 18, and a an 'in-use signal' from a signal transmitting means 20. If paper or toner becomes short, a sensor 27 or 28 detects that and sends an 'abnormality' detection signal from the transmitting means 20. Those signals are transmitted through a wire or by radio to a receiving display device 21 if those signals can not be viewed owing to an obstacle 26 in the visual field, and the signals received by the signal receiving means are amplified 23 and displayed on a display means 24. |
