PURPOSE:To obtain Al heat exchanger in which anodic corrosion preventing effect of a fin can sufficiently by expected even in welding of low electrical conductivity, by assembling a tube and a fin made of material having Al alloy contg. respective ratios of Mn, Cu as a core material in N2 atmosphere while using fluoride flux. CONSTITUTION:In Al heat exchanger, clad part of a sacrificial anode material 1a is formed on surface in contact with cooling water for engine of the core material 1b of the water tube 1, and clad part of a blazing fiber metal 1c is also made of the same sacrificial anode material alloy as the material 1a. The core material 1b of the tube 1 is made of Al alloy contg. 0.1-1.5wt% Mn, 0.3-1.0wt% Cu and inevitable impurity. Even after forming heat exchanger of the invention by blazing while using fluoride flux, sufficient corrosion resistance is obtd. Durability is satisfactory and cost reduction is also possible by reducing wall thickness.
