PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by reducing time cost per heat exchanger by elminating a process for assembling and adhering a plastic heat transfer core and a mirror plate, by forming a plastic film to the surface of a mold to form a bonded core consisting of the mirror plate and the plastic heat transfer core comprising the plastic film and subsequently removing a core from the bonded core. CONSTITUTION:A mold A is introduced into a fluidizing tank 20 so that the parts of mirror plated 3, 4 and cores 2 thereof are immersed in the resin powder fluidized bed 28 received in the tank 20 and a heat transfer cores 10 each comprising a plastic film 12 are formed to the surfaces of the mirror plates 3, 4 and cores 2 of the mold A by heating. This mold A is taken out from the resin powder fluidized bed 28 to be introduced into a heating over and heat- treated to complete the sintering of non-sintered parts. Next, a core mount plate 1 is moved to remove the cores 2 from a bonded core 11 consisting of the mirror plates 3, 4 and the heat transfer cores 10 to form the complete product B of the bonded core 11. |
