PURPOSE:To record contents information corresponding to changed information by recording the contents information corresponding to main information at a part separated from the main information by the input of a signal to show that the recording of the main information is completed. CONSTITUTION:A data input 2A is made into audio information to which address information is already added, inputted to a signal processing circuit 8 and a memory device 9, and at the memory device 9, the address information only is stored out of them. The output of the signal processing circuit 8 is modulated by a modulating circuit 11 and next, recorded to a support 1 by a writing device 12. When a contents information writing signal 2B is inputted from the external part, a control device 10 prepares the contents information from the address information stored in the memory device 9, sends the contents information to the modulating circuit 11, and simultaneously, the control device 10 sends a signal 10A to make the writing position into the first track of the recording support to a writing device and records it in the first track of a contents information support.
