PURPOSE:To increase adhesive power to a copper sheet by using a linear polymer and photopolymerizable ethylenic unsatd. compd. consisting of respectively specified compsn., photopolymn. initiator and compd. expressed by the prescribed formula to constitute a photopolymerizable laminate which permits alkaline development suitable for formation of a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The photopolymerizable layer is constituted of the following layer at the time of forming the laminate by laminating the photopolymerizable layer on a base layer such as copper sheet: 5-90wt%. Linear polymer having 100-600 acid equiv. of carboxy group content, and 50,000-600,000 weight average mol.wt and 5-90wt% photopolymerizable ethylenic unsatd. compd. are used. Furthermore, 0.01-10wt% photopolymn. initiator and 0.01-10wt% compd. expressed by the general formula are used. In the formula, R1 is an arom. hydrocarbon group of 6-15C or arom. hydrocarbon group subst. with a satd. or unsatd. hydrocarbon group and A is benzene ring and is similarly substd. with a unsatd. hydrocarbon group of 1-10C. |
