PURPOSE:To attenuate effectively a fluid vibration caused by a pulsation, by connecting a pulsation attenuating device which has formed as one body a snubber and a capillary, to an instrument piping. CONSTITUTION:A fluid vibrated by a pulsation in an instrument piping 3 is led into snubber pins 7, 8 which are provided vertically to a passage first, flows through a gap between the snubber pins 7, 8 and a device body, and a fluid vibration caused by a pulsation of a low frequency is attenuated therein first. In such a case, the fluid flows through as indicate with an arrow in the figure. In such a state, the pressure is received by a diaphragm 10, and a fluid vibration caused by a pulsation of a high frequency is attenuated by sealing oil 11 having a high viscosity in a capillary tube 5. In such a way, in a state that the fluid vibration caused by the pulsation of a low frequency and a high frequency is attenuated, pressure is detected by a pressure detector 6.
