PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically separate an undercut part from a mold and consequently enhance the releasing efficiency of a molded item by providing a movable mold, which holds the upper edge of the end of the resin molded item, and an actuator, which slidingly shifts said movable mold in the outward direction nearly normal to the releasing direction. CONSTITUTION:In order to remove a molded item from a mold, at first, a movable bottom force 12 is shifted downwards and, in succession, a slide core 17 is shifted obliquely upwards and, next, a movable top force 19 is slidingly shifted by a hydraulic cylinder 20 leftwards in the attached figure. Thus, the upper wall part 14 of a bumper 11 is elastically deformed to a position shown with the single dot and dash line in the state that an end edge 14b is caught in the cavity of the movable top force 19 so that the inner end 14a of an undercut part is fully separated from the end 13a of a stationary top force 13. Next, when an ejecting top force 15 shifts downwards from the above-mentioned state, the end edge 14b of the bumper 11 is automatically separated from the cavity of the movable top force, so ends the releasing operation.
