Load-shedding relay 10 having a priority circuit 12, and a plurality of non-priority circuits 14, 16 each equipped with a switch 36, 38 operated by a coil 32, 34. Each switch 36, 38 is associated with a load-shedding path VD1, VD2 containing an operational amplifier A1, A2 and a timing device with resistor R1, R2 and capacitor C1, C2. A resistive voltage divider R01, R02 makes it possible to set the load-shedding threshold, and a selector relay 66 cooperating with the load-shedding paths VD1, VD2 in order to invert the order or priority of the load shedding of the non-priority circuits 14, 16. The relay 66 includes a coil 70 with supply terminals B1, B2 and an inverting contact 68 able to connect up a resistor R5 in parallel with one of the resistors R1 or R2 of the timing device. <IMAGE>
