PURPOSE:To uniformalize a work and to improve the working accuracy by scanning a work lens in the short side direction of the body to be worked by the length thereof and in the long side direction by the length of one work unit, then by moving the body to be worked by the length of one work unit. CONSTITUTION:The lens 4 of a laser beam machine is arranged movable by the length of the short side of the steel plate 1 of the body to be worked in the Y direction and movable by the length portion of one work unit of the long side length in the X direction of the machine. On completion of the one unit work of the steel plate 1, the steel plate 1 is moved in the X direction by one work unit length with the moving means of a conveyor, etc. then, the work is repeated. In this way, the moving distance of the work lens 4 is shortened, so the laser beam 2 is uniformalized. Consequently, the work is uniformalized and the working accuracy can be improved. |
