HEATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve a soldering quality by providing the filament luminous source in a finite length and a parabolic reflection mirror and by arranging the spherical lens to collect the reflected light and a cylindrical lens. CONSTITUTION:The parabolic reflection mirror 15 which can detect maximum the light emitted from the coil-like filament 14 in a finite length is arranged and a diaphragm body 11 is arranged just before a field lens 9 as well. The light emitted from the filament 14 is reflected by a reflection mirror 15 to become a parallel light, reducing the solid angle of the light reaching the diaphragm body 11 by being refracted with a condensing lens 16. A rectangular focusing image 10 is then formed by the cylindrical lens 3 by making the majority of the reflected light incident on the lens 9 by the disphragm body 11. In this case, the energy density of the focuses image 10 is increased and the soldering of high density due to the heating in a small range is enabled as well. The soldering quality is therefore improved.
