PURPOSE:To surely compensate the variance of the capacitance of the 1st capacitor over a wide setting frequency range by providing a varactor diode connected in series with the 2nd capacitor connected between the connecting point of the 1st capacitor and a collector of a transistor (TR) and a reference voltage point in order to compensate the variance in the capacitance of the 1st capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The 1st coupling capacitor 12 is connected between resonance means 11 and the collector of a TR 13 of the oscillation stage, and the 2nd capacitor 14 and a varactor diode 15 are connected in series between the reference potential point and the connecting point of the 1st capacitor 2 and the collector of the TR 13 in order to compensate the effect due to the variance in the capacitance of the 1st capacitor 12. Since the varactor diode is used in combination with the 2nd capacitor 14, the counter ground capacitance of the 1st capacitor 12 is selected to the optimum value simply.
