PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking and solidifying of a heat insulating material on the surface of a spray nozzle or near the ejection port thereof by immersing the spray nozzle into a liquid tank while the spray nozzle exists in a retreat position. CONSTITUTION:A water tank 20 in which water is stored at prescribed depth is disposed below the axial center extension of the spray nozzle 17 which exists in the retreat position. The lower half parts of the spray nozzle 17 and air nozzle are immersed by extending the piston rod of the 1st air cylinder 16 and the same time pressurized air is ejected from the air nozzle extending near to the top end of the nozzle 17 to clean the nozzle 17 by the flow of the water generated as the bubbles float. The periphery of the ejection port of the nozzle 17 is thereby kept always clean and the soln. mixed with the heat insulating material is uniformly coated on the inside surface of a pouring cylinder without disturbing the shape of spraying during spraying. |
