PURPOSE:To give disturbance to a code rule at an optional transmission information location by applying coding that either of two kinds modes is assigned to a code mode bit when transmission information is the same mode as the transmission information of one preceding bit and the other mode is assigned when different. CONSTITUTION:When a violation input 50 is at '1' and status information 5g is at '1', that is, consecutive 2-bit of transmission information 51 is different from the code, a gate 5a is set and the code of the mode 0 are outputted. When status information 5g is at '0', that is, the consecutive 2-bit of the transmission information 51 are the same code, a gate 5b or 5c is set corresponding to '0' or '1' of the input data in the transmission information 51 and the code of the mode 1 of a line 58 or 59 is outputted to a coded output terminal 5e. When the vibration input 50 is at '0' and the code rule disturbance is instructed, the polarity of the code mode bit of status information 5f is opposite to the substantial code mode 5g and an output being the inverted code mode bit is obtained at the coded output terminal 5e. |
