The invention relates to an anti-theft locking device for a vehicle. This device comprises a rocker lever 7 coupled to a bolt 11 by means of an elongate arm 10, one of the ends of which is articulated on the rocker lever and the other end of which extends in an orifice 11a provided in the bolt 11. An elastic means 12 is interposed between the rocker lever and the arm, so as to tend to cause the rocker lever and the arm to rotate in the opposite direction about their mutual axis of articulation and to push the arm against a stationary stop surface 4b adjacent to the through-hole 4a provided for the bolt.
