PURPOSE:To eliminate the variance of density of scanning lines to obtain photographed pictures excellent in quality by starting exposure synchronously with a frame pulse and terminating exposure when the counted value of a periodic signal of this frame pulse coincides with a value corresponding to the exposure time. CONSTITUTION:When an exposure switch of an operation part 14 is operated, a shutter 5 is controlled to open by a control part 15, and exposure time setting due to an exposure time data signal or a switch 27 is stored as contents of a shift register 16. A flip-flop 18 is set by the exposure signal timing pulse from the control part 15 to start counting frame pulses by a counter 20, and a signal which is changed to stair step wave form is generated in a D/A converter 23. The change of the signal level is determined by the number of frame pictures due to a maximum counted value of the counter 20 to become scanning lines filling a part between picture scanning lines on a CRT display device 2A.
